The Food vs. Fuel Project is a local organization founded by Sheila A. Serbay with the objective of eliminating the need for area senior citizens to choose between

home heating or adequate nourishment. The organization therefore aims to ensure a comfortable winter season through the provision of food resources and personal

items for these individuals.
