Ecstatic Dance is a welcoming, judgment-free movement experience where participants are invited to dance however their bodies feel called to move. There are no steps to learn, no partner required, and no dance experience necessary—just an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through music and movement. The event is led by Isha Now, who guides participants through an intentional musical journey designed to inspire self-expression, joy, and community.
