The First Baptist Church of Cooperstown, 21 Elm Street, will be offering take-out Soup R Chili on Friday, February 2, 4-6 pm as part of Cooperstown’s Winter Carnival. The church will offer chili, beef barley soup, and broccoli chowder available in to-go quarts. The minimum suggested donation of $10 for a quart.
